Free Products – TRooThemes delivers all products and services electronically. By logging into TRooThemes.com, you can find your download under “my account.” You must login or register to our site in order to download our free templates. You can do this using your Facebook or Google account, or you can just fill out our login form. By doing so, you agree to give us your personal information, including your name and email address.The sole reason TRooThemes asks users or businesses to register with us is so that we may let them know about any upgrades to the product they downloaded in the future and about any specials or other information like updates.
Premium Products – TRooThemes only uses electronic delivery for all of its products and services. By logging into TRooThemes.com, you can find your download under “my account.”You must finish the checkout procedure and give your email address, name, and payment information in order to download any of our premium products. By making a purchase from us, you consent to the use of that information to send you future product updates, new offers, new product releases, industry news, and other materials from us.
Payment and Security – TRooThemes does not handle any online order payments. Through Paypal and 2Checkout, independent online payment processors, all transactions are safely completed. To inquire about our security procedures, please do so.
Refunds – If you can convince us that the product fell short of your expectations within two days, we’ll give you a refund.
If our terms of use change, we’ll post a notice here and distribute a copy to registered users.
Third Party Plugins – We have included Third Party plugins in our templates, but we do not provide support for them. However, each of these plugins may have a separate website or page where you can get instructions or other support materials.
Support does include:
- Answering your inquiries or resolving any issues you may have with the template.
- Providing a fix for the reported bugs.
Support does not include:
- Customization work, installation work, and assistance with any third-party software or plugins we utilized to create our template
- Fix an issue in the template you implemented.
